Higuerón Hills Collection

Higuerón Hills Collection is an exclusive boutique development of just four independent villas located in Buena Vista, in an elevated position above the prestigious Higuerón area. Surrounded by mountains and Mediterranean scenery, the project offers a peaceful residential atmosphere while remaining close to Carvajal Beach, Fuengirola, Benalmádena Pueblo, international schools, renowned restaurants, sports facilities and the extensive wellness and leisure offering of Higuerón Resort.

The collection has been designed for those seeking privacy, generous living spaces and a contemporary Mediterranean lifestyle. Each villa combines modern architecture with bright interiors, spacious terraces, private gardens and swimming pools, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Elevated plots provide attractive views of the natural surroundings, mountains and, from selected areas, the Mediterranean Sea.

The villas feature versatile layouts distributed across several levels, including generous living areas, private garages, basements and impressive rooftop solariums. The lower floors offer flexible spaces that can be transformed into a private gym, cinema, spa, office, wine cellar or guest accommodation, while the solariums provide an exceptional setting for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Combining privacy, contemporary design and an excellent location between the coast and the mountains, Higuerón Hills Collection offers a distinctive residential experience in one of the Costa del Sol’s most desirable areas.
